Charity Partnerships Manager - Flexible

About Integrate Space

At Integrate Space, we believe empty space is wasted potential. As a real estate and social impact platform, we help commercial property owners unlock value from underutilised spaces while enhancing their ESG and social impact position.

Our platform works with commercial landlords with charities and non-profits, aligning real estate strategy with social and sustainability objectives. This approach optimizes vacant spaces, reduces costs, strengthens tenant engagement, and enhances asset performance in an evolving market. By transforming underutilised properties into value generating assets, we create measurable social impact while unlocking broad gains for commercial landlords.

Role Overview

We have a growing network of charity partners that we need support managing and continuing to grow, and live space for them to move into. We are looking for someone to own the charity side of the business end to end.

  • Run outreach to identified charities by email and phone, and manage follow-up in the CRM

  • Gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions and social impact initiatives

  • Potential for career progression into a full-time role
