Our Story

In 2018, our founder Ben launched a charity and was looking for an office space for the team. He was disappointed to see that there were very few spaces within budget.

Ben tried his luck and reached out to a large, commercial landlord who provided a vacant office space for the charity to use. Having access to this new space and community was a blessing. The landlord pointed out that it was of great benefit to them too. Welcoming a charity into their vacant space improved the atmosphere on campus, boosted their ESG efforts and increased their Net Operating Income. This helps UK landlords optimise wasted space to deliver a meaningful impact whilst saving money.
